Patriot Software, an accounting software and payroll company, continues to hone in on user needs by ramping up feature releases in three main areas of its accounting software.
The features recently released provide reporting, receipts and documents, and bank import page updates to Patriot’s Accounting Basic and Accounting Premium software options. Patriot’s feature releases are based on ongoing communication with its current customers and accountants to identify and relieve common pain points related to accounting tasks.

Customers now have access to three additional report features to easily assess their finances and make key decisions: comparison reporting, drill-down reporting, and a check register report.
A receipts and documents feature released earlier this year alleviates the need for loose paper by letting customers upload, attach, and manage documents—all within the customer’s account.
Patriot’s bank import page updates give accounting customers greater flexibility, control, and automation. An extended time period for bank transaction imports of up to two years, split banking transactions, and the ability to set rules for and automate imports further reflect the company’s dedication to developing and releasing new features based on what their users need.
The ever-expanding list of new accounting features pushes the company forward in achieving its ongoing mission to make accounting and payroll fast, simple, and affordable for millions of American businesses and their accountants.
