Time Off Request FAQs for Employers
Yes, they can request time off using the hours from their time off hour banks without using time cards. And, there is no per-employee cost for using time off requests.
You can view the time stamps of submitted time off requests, eliminating questions of who submitted the request first.

Employees use this to request not to be scheduled on a certain day or at a certain time. They may also use this if they don’t have any paid time off hours.
There is not a setting for turning off unpaid requests, nor is there a setting for forcing employees to use paid time off if they have hours in their bank.
Employees can view time off request decisions in the mobile app on their dashboard. They will be notified via email when the request is approved or denied.
Time off requests are only available in the mobile app at this time.
