Communicating the Time Off Request Feature to Employees

Use this template to communicate your new time off request procedure to employees:


Subject: New Time Off Request Process 

Hi {Employee Name},

We’re rolling out a new way to request time off using the My Patriot mobile app. This will enhance clarity and simplify the process of requesting time off.

What you need to do:

  1. Download the My Patriot app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, if you haven’t already.
  2. Log in using the same credentials you use for the employee portal.
  3. Submit your time off request directly from the mobile app. Check out this help article if you need help.

Once your request is processed, you’ll get an email and a mobile app notification (if push notifications are enabled.)
