Communicating the Time Off Request Feature to Employees
Use this template to communicate your new time off request procedure to employees:

Hi {Employee Name},
We’re rolling out a new way to request time off using the My Patriot mobile app. This will enhance clarity and simplify the process of requesting time off.
What you need to do:
- Download the My Patriot app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, if you haven’t already.
- Log in using the same credentials you use for the employee portal.
- Submit your time off request directly from the mobile app. Check out this help article if you need help.
Once your request is processed, you’ll get an email and a mobile app notification (if push notifications are enabled.)
