We’re excited to announce an enhanced new feature for Patriot HR: secure, individual employee document sharing! This feature addition empowers admins to efficiently distribute important documents directly to specific employees, fostering a more transparent and collaborative work environment.
Here’s how it works:
Centralized Document Management: All employee documents, from performance reviews to benefit summaries, can now be housed within a secure, centralized location within Patriot HR. This eliminates the need for scattered files and folders, ensuring everyone can access the latest information.
Granular Access Control: Admins have complete control over who can access each document. Share documents with individual employees or the entire company. This level of control ensures sensitive information remains confidential while keeping everyone informed.
Simplified Distribution: Sharing documents is as easy as a few clicks. Simply choose how the file will be distributed, either shared with the company or an individual employee. Select the document or URL, and Upload. Employees can access the document directly within their employee portal.
Enhanced Communication & Transparency: Sharing documents directly with employees fosters a culture of transparency and open communication. Employees can easily access and review important information, reducing the need for follow-up questions and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
