Manager Permissions: Managing Employee HR Info in the Employee Portal
Viewing My Employees in My Portal
If you have been designated as a “Manager” in Patriot, you will have access to information about your employees who report to you and anyone who reports to managers who report to you. Be sure you are registered to access your Employee Portal. If you’re an account administrator, see Employee Portal Registration Access.
Managers with permissions will see a “My Team” section in the left menu in their employee portal. The links that appear in this section will depend on the permissions set by your account administrator. For more details, see Manager Settings.
Employee List
The Employee List will display a list of all direct and indirect reports with hire info and title. You will be able to search by employee or sort by direct reports or indirect reports by clicking the “view link” on the display graph.

Employee Pay Info
If you are permitted to view your employees’ pay information, you can click an employee’s name from your Employee List and view their pay frequency, pay type, and pay rate. You can also view a list of all employee pay info at one time on the “Employee Pay Info” page in your left menu.
Employee Anniversaries
If you are permitted to view a list of your employees, you can view a list of all employee anniversaries at one time on the “Employee Anniversaries” page in your left menu. Both Hire and Re-hire dates from the month selected will be returned. For more details about the difference, see Service Anniversary Report.
Employee Contact Info
If you are given permission to view your employees’ contact information, you can click an employee’s name from your Employee List and view their address, phone, and email. You can also view a list of all employee contact info at one time on the “Employee Contact Info” page in your left menu.
Emergency Contacts
If you are permitted to view your employees’ emergency contact information, you can click an employee’s name from your Employee List and view their emergency contact name, phone, and relationship. You can also view a list of all emergency contacts at one time on the “Emergency Contacts” page in your left menu. Employees can add their emergency contacts through their portal.
