Time & Attendance Pricing Update

We’re always looking for ways to make your lives easier and your budgets happier, and that’s why we’re excited to announce a new pricing structure for our time and attendance software!

Now, you’ll only pay for employees actively using time cards beginning in March (which will be reflected on your April monthly invoice).

Why the change? We hear you. We know every business ticks to a different rhythm and want our pricing to reflect that. This new structure ensures you’re only paying for what you use, which means more money in your pocket.

  • No more flat fees: Ditch the fixed costs and only pay for employees who have used time cards for the billing period.
  • Transparent billing: You’ll see how many employees had an active time card in the billing period on your monthly invoice.
  • Hands off: The new billing model is seamless and will be automatically reflected on your monthly invoice. There’s nothing you need to do!

Although it’s not needed, if you’d like to remove employees who do not use time cards from the manage time card report, you can indicate they do not use time cards on the employee record. Check out our help article to learn more.
