The add-on includes a library of 145+ employee and professional training courses to choose from. These aren’t generic videos, they’re professional-level courses you can assign directly to your team and track through Patriot’s built-in learning management system (LMS).
With the LMS, you can easily assign, track, and schedule employee training in a single location. You can also upload your own in-house training materials and assign them alongside purchased courses. Everything lives in one place, so you always know where your team stands.

HR Experts and Training is available as an add-on for Patriot HR Software customers. Go to HR Software > HR Center > Click HR Software and Training to get started.
Already have Patriot Payroll but not HR Software? To add it to your account, go to Settings > Company Settings > Add or Cancel Software. Your first 30 days of the HR Software are free.
