When you log in to you’re payroll software, you’ll now see the option to add profile photos alongside your employees’ names. Whether you’re running payroll, or reviewing your team’s HR org chart with the HR software, you can instantly put a face to a name. For business owners managing a growing team and office managers juggling multiple departments this tiny detail makes a real difference.

- Payroll admins can upload photos for any employee directly in Suite — great for teams that want a consistent, polished look across the board.
- Employees can upload, change, or remove their own photo anytime from the Employee Portal. They stay in control of how they show up at work.
