Viewing Your Company Tax Filings in Patriot Software

Patriot Software will deposit and file your company tax filings on your behalf if you are a Full-Service Payroll customer and have completed your payroll tax filing setup. You can find copies of your company tax filings under Reports > Payroll Tax Reports > Tax Filings.

For each quarter that we file your payroll taxes, you can view details of all company tax filings and reconciliations for federal form 941, state withholding and SUTA, and local (if applicable) tax filings and reconciliations. Specifically, each quarterly report shows the amount of tax liability, the amount deposited, and copies of actual forms sent to the taxing agencies.

When are tax filings posted?

You will receive an email from tax@patriotsoftware.com with the subject, “Your final current Quarterly Filings are now available for viewing. No further action is required.”

You should receive this email by the end of the month tax filings are due:

  • Quarter 1 tax filings are due April 30
  • Quarter 2 tax filings are due July 31
  • Quarter 3 tax filings are due October 31
  • Quarter 4 tax filings are due January 31

You can then view your quarterly tax filing packet PDF under Reports > Payroll Tax Reports > Tax Filings.

Note: All year-end filings are included in the Q4 tax filing packet.
