How to Send Confidential Information to Patriot Support
If you need to send confidential information to our Customer Support Department, such as set-up forms or Full Service Payroll authorization forms, you can securely upload files directly in the software. To save time, please read “What Should I Do When I Receive a Tax Notice?” before you upload it for support to review.
You can upload one file at a time. Here’s how:
- Settings > Account Activity > View/Upload Files to Support
- Click Add File.
- Click Choose File.
- Your computer files will open.
- Click the file you want to upload on your computer.
- Enter an optional description of the file, such as “Tax Authorization Form.”
- Click Add to send the file to Support.
- Your uploaded file will appear in the “Uploaded Files” list.
- Our Customer Support Department will be notified that your file has been sent, and we will be in contact with you if needed.
