How to View or Edit Your Tax Info in the Mobile App
If you are an employee and have any questions about your paychecks, direct deposit, or using the employee app, please contact your employer. Patriot Support staff cannot answer your questions via chat, email, or phone. We can only speak with authorized company contacts.

Tap the profile icon to open your Profile and Settings
Scroll down to “Payroll & Tax Information” and tap Federal Tax.
Tap “Edit” and you’ll see these W-4 fields:
- Filing Status: Choose how you’ll file (Single, Married, etc.)
- Multiple Jobs Box: Check if you or your spouse has more than one job
- Dependents: Enter any dependent credits
- Other Income: Add any income that won’t have tax withheld
- Deductions: Enter if you plan to claim more than the standard deduction
- Extra Withholding: Add if you want more tax held from each paycheck
- Tax Exempt Status: Only check if you qualify (most people don’t!)
Tap “Save” when you’re done – this counts as your electronic signature.
Things You Should Know:
- Your employer will be notified of your changes automatically.
- Changes apply to the next payroll that is run.
- Need to change state or local taxes? Contact your employer or payroll admin directly.
