Viewing Your Company Tax Deposits

Background
The Tax Deposits report shows payroll taxes that Patriot has collected and paid to tax agencies on behalf of Full-Service Payroll customers.  


How to Use the Tax Deposits Report

  1. Go to: Reports > Payroll Tax Reports > Tax Deposits.
  2. The dates default to all deposit activity for the calendar year. To view a different year, change the year dropdown.
  3. Click “Run Report.”  
  4. Scheduled Tax Payments – shows taxes that have been collected from your bank account and confirmed as a successful collection, but have not yet been paid to the tax agency because they have not yet come due.  
    • It typically takes 4 banking days to confirm a successful collection.
  5. Processed Tax Payments – shows taxes that have already been paid to the tax agency.
