Pick the statement that fits
- Open Items: Show what’s still unpaid
- Balance Forward: Show the starting balance, activity, and ending balance
- All Activity: Show the customer’s full account history
Each statement can include invoices, payments, credits, and an aging summary so customers can quickly see what’s due and what’s past due.
Send the statement by email as a PDF, download it as a PDF or spreadsheet, and use Statement History to see what you’ve already sent, then resend or download it again anytime.
Your business name, logo, and brand color are pulled from your existing invoice and estimate settings, so your statements are ready to look the part without extra setup.
Customer Statements are included with Patriot Accounting Premium. Accounting Basic customers can upgrade anytime from company settings.
