We’re excited to announce an improvement to our QuickBooks Online integration! Customers using either our standard QuickBooks Online integration or the Enhanced QuickBooks Online integration (Beta) can now send past payrolls to QuickBooks directly from the Integration Status Report. Previously, only payrolls run after the integration was connected could be sent over.
If you ran payrolls in Patriot before connecting your QuickBooks Online integration, or a past payroll didn’t post successfully, you no longer have to leave those transactions out of your books. From the QuickBooks Online Integration Status Report, you can now select and send any payroll that was run in Patriot to QuickBooks, regardless of when your integration was set up. This works the same way for both the standard QuickBooks Online integration and the Enhanced QuickBooks Online integration (Beta).
