Employer Paid Family Leave Is Now on Pay Stubs

Patriot now gives employees a clearer view of Paid Family and Medical Leave contributions on their pay stubs.

When your business contributes to a state-mandated Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program, employees can now see the employer-paid portion directly on their pay stub. This amount appears as a separate line item in a new section called Employer Paid Family Leave.

Employees have already been able to see their own PFML contributions on their stubs. Now, they can also see the employer contribution, giving them a more complete picture of the amounts being contributed to the state program on their behalf each pay period.

This update applies in states where employers are required to contribute to paid family and medical leave programs. Minnesota is the latest state to add employer PFML contribution requirements, but it is not the only one. Wherever employer PFML contributions apply, Patriot will display the employer-paid portion on employee pay stubs.
