How to Sign up for the HR Experts & Training
- Go to HR Software > HR Center
- Inside the HR Center, you’ll find the option to sign up for both HR Software and HR Experts & Training if you haven’t added HR Software yet, or, you already have HR Software, activate HR Experts & Training.
- Once you enable the add-on and you’ll instantly unlock unlimited expert access and the full training course library.

HR Experts through Mineral are certified HR and employee benefits professionals — not AI chatbots. They have an average of 18 years of experience and specialize in employment law, benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
No, there is no limit on how many questions you can ask the HR experts. HR Experts & Training includes unlimited HR expert access, so you can ask as many questions as you need, as often as you need.
The HR Experts & Training course library includes 145+ online courses. The courses cover five areas: compliance, human resources, customer service, cybersecurity, and professional development. You can assign courses to employees and track their completion.
HR Software costs $6 per month plus $2 per active employee per month. HR Experts & Training adds a flat $45 per month, no matter how many employees you have. Example: with 10 active employees, your total for HR Software plus HR Experts & Training would be $71 per month ($6 HR Software base + $20 for 10 employees at $2 each + $45 for HR Experts & Training).
Once you’ve added the HR Experts and Training, you can reach out to an HR expert through phone or online.
You can ask about virtually any HR or employment topic, including: hiring and termination procedures, FMLA and leave of absence policies, workplace harassment and discrimination, wage and hour laws, benefits and compensation, employee discipline, workers’ compensation, and much more. Experts provide guidance tailored to your specific situation — not generic, one-size-fits-all answers.
After you sign up for a Patriot account, go to HR Software in the left navigation menu. Then, click HR Center. From there, you can sign up for both HR Software and HR Experts & Training if you haven’t added HR Software yet. If you already have HR Software, you can activate HR Experts & Training from the HR Center.
The HR Experts and Training HR-add on does not have a free trial period. When you sign up for the HR Experts and Training, you will be charged $45 on the next monthly invoice.
Yes, you can cancel the HR Experts and Training at any time, although the $45 flat fee is not prorated if you cancel in the middle of the month. You will be charged the entire $45 flat fee on your next monthly invoice.
Employees can securely access assigned training courses right from their portal, with no separate Learning Management System, (LMS), or additional login required.
You can track training course progress, see who has completed training, and identify who still needs to finish assigned training.
