When you keep those inactive deductions and contributions tucked out of sight, you can keep your attention squarely on the ones that are in full swing. The best part? All data remains, so you will always have it available if needed.

This new feature is designed to streamline your workflow, making it easier to focus on active deductions and contributions without the clutter of inactive items. By toggling off inactive entries, you can quickly access and manage current payroll components, enhancing efficiency and reducing the chance of errors.

To use this feature, navigate to your deductions or contributions list within Patriot Software. You’ll find the toggle option at the top of the list, allowing you to show or hide inactive items as needed. This flexibility ensures that you can customize your view to suit your specific needs at any given time.
