Available to all payroll customers as a value-added feature, employee self-onboarding allows new hires to register for their own employee portal, and securely input necessary information within minutes: 

  • Customizable ‘Welcome’ Email:  Employers can add any additional messaging for their new hire as part of inviting the employee to complete the onboarding workflow.
  • Enter Personal Information: New employees can directly enter their personal details, ensuring accurate records from the start.
  • Add Direct Deposit: No more chasing down bank account details. New hires securely enter their own banking information for faster, more reliable direct deposit.
  • Enter Tax Information: Electronically complete W-4 forms to set their federal tax withholding for payroll.
  • Consent to Receive Digital W-2s: Employees can choose to receive their year-end W-2 electronically, making tax season smoother for everyone.
  • Effective Dates and Seamless Payroll Integration:  Just add the Hire date, or Payroll Start Date, and your new employee will be added to your employee list for that payroll period.
