We’re excited to roll out a new feature specifically designed for employees to keep track of their activities: daily notes on time cards.
Now available in the My Patriot mobile app and the employee portal, employees can add notes directly to their time cards each day. Whether documenting project progress, noting specific tasks, or leaving reminders, these daily notes are here to make employee time tracking more organized and transparent.
- For Employees: As you log your hours, you can now easily add a note to your time card for that day. This is a great way to record what you’ve been working on, increasing transparency and communication.
- For Employers and managers with permissions: When managing or approving time cards, you’ll be able to view notes that were added by employees. This makes it simpler to verify work activities, ensures everything is properly documented, and keeps you updated seamlessly.
This feature is all about improving communication and clarity in the workplace. Employees and employers can stay aligned and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.
