Will Patriot Mail Employee W-2s?
Do I need to send W-2s to my employees?
You’ll need to distribute W-2s to each employee that was paid. Patriot will not mail paper W-2 forms to your employees on your behalf.
There are two ways to give your employees their W-2s:
- Print paper copies of W-2s. Check out our help article, “How to Download and Print W-2s.”
- Post electronic copies to employees who have registered for their employee portal and consented to receive an electronic copy. For more info, see “Posting Electronic W-2s in Patriot’s Employee Portal.
