How to Edit Personal Information in the Mobile App

To manage personal information, tap the profile icon to open your Profile and Settings.

Personal Information

  • Tap your name to view or edit your information:
    • 💡Some fields are controlled by the payroll admin and will not be editable.

Employee Info

  • Name (not editable – contact the payroll admin to update)
  • Other name/Maiden Name (not editable – contact the payroll admin to update)
  • Social Security Number (not editable – contact the payroll admin to update)
  • Birthdate
  • Marital Status

Position Info (Filled out by employer, and not editable)

  • Hire Date
  • Title
  • Position Type
  • Hourly or Salary Rate

Contact Info

  • Cell phone number
  • Home phone
  • Email address
  • Alternate email
  • Primary Address 
  • State (not editable – contact the payroll admin to update)
  • Zip code
  • Alternate Address

Work Info

  • Work Location (not editable – contact the payroll admin to update)
  • Work Time Zone

Demographics (You will only see this section if your employer has the HR product.)

  • Gender
  • Race
  • Veteran Status

Emergency Contacts (You will only see this section if your employer has the HR product.)

  • Tap “Add Emergency Contact” to enter contact fields
  • Tap “Save.”
