Using the ESS Option in Patriot’s Online Payroll
If you are an employee and have any questions about your paychecks, W-2s, or using the employee portal, please contact your employer. Patriot Support staff cannot answer your questions via chat, email, or phone. We can only speak with authorized company contacts.
The employee portal is included for free for employees whose employer uses either the Basic Payroll or Full Service Payroll. The Employee Self-Serve (ESS) gives your employees access to their own payroll history, direct deposit, and personal information.
With the employee portal software, your employees can log into the secure website at www.MyPatriot.com to view and print their paystubs, as well as manage their personal information and enter direct deposit information once your direct deposit is setup. In order for your employees to access their portal, you will need to send them an invitation to register. They will create their own username and password. After creating their login for the employee portal on the web, employees can download the Patriot’s mobile app from the Apple App Store for iPhones or Google Play Store for Android phones to get pay reports, clock in and out (if you subscribe to the time and attendance feature) and manage personal information.
