How To Get Help

Our accounting software is designed to be easy to use, with help available as you need it. Choose one of these help options to find answers fast:

Help Icons

Hover or touch an icon for more explanation of a page, section, or report. Click or tap the icon to read a full help article in a new browser window in our Help Center.

Training Videos

You’ll find short videos within the software and within some training articles. These videos offer step-by-step instructions on common tasks, such as paying bills or a vendor.  Look for the TV icon on any page.


As you learn your way around the software, you can hide or show the help icons as needed using the “HintsOn/Off” link at the bottom of any page.

The “Help” Link

Click on the “Help Center” link in the left menu of any page to search for training articles in the Help Center.  From there, you can email, call, or chat with our Customer Support team.

In the Help Center, you can find step-by-step instructions for many of the most common questions. Choose a product category from the menu. Or, search all of our software help articles using the search bar.

Online Chat

During business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time), you can chat live with a Patriot Customer Support representative. At the bottom right corner of each page is a chat box. Click to start a chat with us.

Call Us

You can call (877) 968-7147 (toll-free) between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern Time to speak to a Patriot Customer Support representative. We can offer you routine customer support at no extra charge. For complicated issues, we can offer you support at a very reasonable rate that we’ll discuss with you ahead of time.
