How to Access the HR Center from the Employee Portal

Background
If your employer assigns any HR related tasks to you, such as a training course or digital signature of an employee handbook, you’ll be able to access the HR center with a Single Sign-On (SSO) link once they’ve given you access.


Employee Access to the HR Center

  1. Log in to the employee portal via the website www.mypatriot.com or www.payrolltime.com.
    • The mobile My Patriot mobile app does not have this functionality at this time. 
  2. Go to Employee Portal Training > HR Center.
    • If you do not see this link, you have not been granted permissions to access the HR Center yet. Please contact your employer/admin. They will need to grant you permission to access the HR Center. The software support team cannot assist with this.
  3. Click the HR Center link to access it. The Patriot Software HR Center will load in another tab. You’ll be logged in automatically with Single Sign On (SSO) –no need to enter another username or password.
  4. You’ll be able to access any tasks assigned to you. Please contact your employer/admin if you do not see the HR tasks assigned to you.

*If you have timed out of the HR Center because of inactivity, you’ll need to follow the same steps listed above for re-access.
