You can add or edit your company name, address, phone numbers, or main contact information on your Company Information page.
- Settings > Company Settings > Company Info.
- Click the Edit link.
- Make your changes and click Save.
The Business Name is the name your company uses to do business.
If your company files taxes under a different name, then use the Tax Filing Name field. Your business’s Tax Filing Name is listed on your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) paperwork. It can also be found on your 941 and 940 federal tax returns.
