We are very pleased to announce some COVID-related payroll software enhancements! Full-Service Payroll Customers of Patriot whose businesses have been affected by COVID can now do the following in their payroll account:
- Choose to defer their employer portion of Social Security taxes for this year. See the help article How Do I Receive Social Security Tax Deferrals as a Patriot Customer?
- Choose to receive Employee Retention Tax Credits. See the help article How Do I Take the Employee Retention Tax Credit as a Patriot Customer?
- Choose to request a tax credit refund directly from the IRS using Form 7200. See the help article How Do I Get a Tax Credit Refund from the IRS in Patriot?
