How to Find Group Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance

đź’ˇYou must have “Manage Company Info” user permissions to have access to shop or manage plans. See our help article on how to grant user permissions, “Adding and Managing Multiple Users & Permissions.”

  1. Go to Payroll > Employees > Health Benefits.
  2. Click “Find My Plan.”
    • The software will import your employees and their ages automatically. The first three employees will be shown, but click “Add/Edit employees to see the entire list.
  3. Shop and compare plans to meet your budget and needs.  
  4. Once you’ve chosen the medical plan (or plans) that fit your team and your budget, here’s what happens next all within the benefit tab of the payroll software:
    • You can add Dental and Vision coverage if you’d like.
    • Choose when you want your coverage to begin.
    • Decide how much your business will contribute toward monthly premiums and what portion employees will pay.
    • Invite your employees to review the available options and either enroll in the plan that fits their needs or decline coverage.

The application takes about 20 minutes from start to finish. If you’d like help at any point, you can schedule a consultation with a licensed SimplyInsured broker inside the payroll software under the benefits tab.
