Patriot PAY™ is designed for business owners, not payroll experts. We’ve designed the screens to be straightforward and user-friendly, guiding you through each step of the payroll process.
What size organizations can use Patriot PAY?
Patriot PAY is designed for small or medium-sized employers with 50 or fewer employees.
What types of organizations use Patriot PAY?
From service provider companies to manufacturing shops to nonprofits, Patriot PAY was designed to fit the payroll management needs of most types of companies.
Does Patriot PAY handle Reported Tips?
Yes. You can update your employee’s reported tips in payroll, withhold appropriate taxes and properly report it on their W2 form.
In which states can I use Patriot PAY for my payroll management?
We’re in the process of testing/validating every U.S. state. But until this testing process is complete, view our map of available states to see if we’re in your state yet.
I have locations outside the USA. Can I use Patriot PAY?
No, Patriot PAY is not designed to run payroll for employees outside the USA. One of our main goals is to help American businesses by providing streamlined, economic payroll management solutions. As such, Patriot PAY is only available to companies with employees working in the USA and its territories.
Will Patriot PAY share my information with any outside parties?
Patriot’s Software Support Philosophy is simple: we want you to easily find the answers you need. Help screens, training videos, and articles built into the software will answer many of your payroll management questions. You can also email or call Customer Service with routine questions. For more complex issues, we offer Customer Service assistance at a reasonable rate.
Once I’m a client, how do I cancel your service if I need/want to?
Just a simple phone call to Patriot will allow you to turn off service. And, if you’re using our TaxBeGone™ service, we’ll refund any non-deposited payroll tax liabilities to you.
