- Withholding Requirements -- After receiving their federal employer identification number, Iowa employers must register in the state by filing Form 60-0126, Report to Determine Liability on the Iowa website.
Employers must fill out the Employee Withholding Allowance Certificate for each employee.
- State Unemployment Insurance -- Employers must report quarterly wages and contributions at Iowa Workforce and use their eFile and Pay system.
