Getting Payroll Help in Patriot PAY

Patriot PAY is designed to be easy to use, with payroll help available as you need it. Choose one of these help options to find answers fast:

Help Icons

Click a help icon for more explanation of a page, section, field, or report. Click X in the corner or anywhere outside the box to make it disappear. 

Hints

As you learn your way around the payroll software, you can hide or show hints as needed using the button in the right-hand corner.

Training Videos

You'll find short videos within Patriot PAY and within some training articles. These videos offer step-by-step instructions on common payroll tasks, such as setting up company-level payroll deductions and contributions or voiding a paycheck. Look for the movie camera icon on any page.

Click on the "Need Help?" link at the top of any page, and choose one of these options: The Patriot Software Help Center or Ask Us a Question.
