What is MY Patriot?
Here's how it works: Your employees will sign into the employee portal at www.MYpatriot.com. This dedicated website provides a convenient, secure way for your employees to access their own payroll data online, anytime, from anywhere. They can enter their time worked, view and print their payroll details, and change their banking information in the employee portal.
(Note: The MY Patriot employee portal is only available to employers who are using Patriot PAY to run their payroll.)
MY Patriot Integrates with TIME and HR
Once you have Patriot PAY™, you may opt to use MY Patriot by itself or in concert with the Patriot TIME™ and/or Patriot HR™ software modules.
If you select the Patriot TIME software module, your employees will have even more access to their data. For example, your employees can enter and approve their own time worked and view their historical time card information.
If you select the Patriot HR software module, your employees can view your company documents in the employee portal, such as their benefit enrollment forms, employee handbook, and links to frequently-used websites.
As a small business owner, you know managing employee info takes time and energy. MY Patriot lets your employees perform some of their own data entry and answer their own questions, reducing your time on administrative tasks.
