IRS Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Assistant available Online

If you have an employee who is not sure if they qualify for the IRS Earned Income Tax Credit, you may direct them to the online “EITC” assistant.
There is help if you have questions on how to calculate or administer the EITC for your employees. And don’t forget that 22 states (and some local governments) also have EITC.
